Set to centre with a 1.91ct cushion cut diamond in an open back rub-over setting, this ring is further set with twenty round old cut diamonds in open back grain settings. An elegant elongated coronet cluster design featuring openwork details with milgrain edging, a decorative gallery with scrolling motifs and open backholing, leading to raised shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shaped shank.
